3 year deal ? He’s not confirmed either way in his interview whether there’s any NRL release clause but I’m sure the club is protected in the contract

A great signing and a player who is a massive upgrade on last seasons halfbacks. Hopefully we can get the best out of him in the way Salford did.

By my reckoning the £300k paid for these two takes the total transfer spending in the Hetherington/Caddick era to more than £2m.

Maybe a better question than "how much have we paid in transfer fees" is "has anybody else paid the same, or more? " I doubt it.

I'd be amazed if they had. In fact I'd be surprised if anyone had paid half the total we have over the same time period.
