Just the one photo from my trip today. The Southsand hasn't changed much so wasn't really worth posting a shot. You can see what I think will be the mounts for the new floodlights I think they are adding.

The pitch side of things look almost complete, other than bolting in the seating. I know there is a significant amount of work to go on under the stand, but will this take over 4 months?

Brickwork to external side, windows, doors, roofing, cladding, stairs embedding in on internal standing area, painting, installing food and drinks stalls, installing lift and stairwell to tv gantry, car park resurfacing, seating, floodlight steelwork etc.

How come some games are being played at Elland Road and some Headingly? Do you know if the Wire game on 4th May will be at ER?

The floodlights currently in place will be removed once the new stands are fully completed. New floodlights will be to the front of the South and North Stand.

Plus just when they start making progress everything gets held up whilst the whole building site is scrutinised by all sorts of people, made safe to use and handed over to the club to play a game in front of.
