Wigan are completely dependent on Lenegan’s continued investment. They aren’t a self sustaining organisation.

Yes unfortunately Wigan are technically insolvent and have been for many years now. It seems things are getting gradually worse and sadly through mismanagement or whatever they seem to be on a financial downnward spiral. No wonder Lenagan is keen to get more of the Sky money for his club.
