| Is the door definitely shut on Muizz? He was very good last night, would be cheap and would be fine as 6th choice rotation prop, all depending on his ambition of course.

Think he may have signed for Cas. He was terrific last night. He is obviously very popular with players and coaching staff.

| Both Mustapha and Dwyer were good last night and I hope we haven`t made a mistake letting them both go.
As I said previously I`ve not seen anything in Johnson that makes me feel he is going to be the predicted star some are saying.
Saying that I do realise others have a better understanding of his potential.
Mustapha on the other hand has played well every time I`ve seen him and that includes his stint at HKR last year and should imo certainly be kept on.

I do wonder if things would have been different for mustapha if he’d not copped that long ban.
Johnson was ok last night, he needs game time.

| Johnson has a lovely pass to either side from dummy half. Whilst clearly not enough on its own, it’s a good start to get a team rolling forwards. He has a kicking game that can be developed, and a running game the same. His defence, like all 21 year olds, needs some work.

Cheers mate and I do acknowledge your thoughts on Johnson.
I suppose with the salary cap Dwyer was too much of a luxury and Johnson will have the potential.
I did call for O`Connor as hooker a while ago so I got something right.

| Dwyer's looking a much better player under Smith but so are a fair few others. For me he just lacks the polish in passing and decision-making of a top class hooker and Leeming is a far more consistent bet. Smith made the call Leeming is his first choice and that means most weeks Dwyer would get very short minutes or not even get picked. I doubt very much Dwyer would be satisfied with that. O'Connor still has a lot to learn but has shown glimpses of a nice pass, and can play elsewhere. Johnson is our fourth choice hooker, moving up to third next year so I'm not sure why there's any need to worry about him yet.

Johnson has the potential to be our starting 9 as Bats says has a lovely pass either side of dummy half.

| After his repeated bad behaviour you'd think he would take the year offered
