Looks like Kalvin will be out for the rest of the season. Big blow that as he pretty much controls the midfield. Likely to move Berrardi to the back 4 with White in midfield which I personally think is wrong. White and Cooper have been solid at the back and should stay there. Could Douglas do a job in midfield maybe or Dallas with Douglas at LB?
should be ok now. i don't think we should need the insurance man against the likes of Barnsley and Charlton at home just go for the throat and play another attacking option like alioski at full back and put dallas in the middle.
I'm more worried about Kiko potentially replacing Messlier than I am am KP not playing, to be honest. In the current climate especially, it would cause an unnecessary distraction.

Last time Phillips was missing for 3 games our form took a dip. Hope it doesn’t happen again... this is where lack of depth bites us. If we go up we must must increase the quality in depth. We have no other defensive mid. Wonder where the heck Foreshaw is ?? Lol

That`s my worry as KP can hold the defensive line and prevent any sort of attack. But agree we should attack Barnsley to death and run them ragged. Kiko should not come in for this game or any game this season. Our turn around time compared to Derby is pretty tight too. 2 days recovery is going to test us.

Hopefully Charlton and Barnsley come and try get at us then we can pick them off. Both need the points- Barnsley if they have any hope of escaping relegation and Charlton to pull clear. I doubt they will- think they'll try and follow something similar to what Stoke tried in the first half and get 10 men behind the call but not give a daft penalty away right on half time which proved Stoke's undoing!
