Leigh are prepared to release Peter Mata’utia in a desperate bid to cut their wage bill.

Are we interested in him? With Hall leaving and Moon rumoured to be leaving, NRL players in short supply due to the gulf in salary caps, he may be the best available player we can get.

Tansey was on 89k a year at Hull. Doesn’t seem so stupid now.

under the Impression Money not the real issue, it being a first choice starter at rovers and only ever being a squad player at Leeds, prefer him to stay but cant blame him for going, but new coaching set up may see things differently.

MCB is leaving Wakefield. He’s a very good winger averaging a try a game. Very unfortunate that we also have 3 very good wingers at Wakey and he’s leaving for first team action. Everybody at wakey want him to stay but he’s too good to be bench warming. Very surprised Leeds haven’t registered an interest.

Mason Caton-Brown is leaving Wakefield. He's a fantastic finisher, with tremendous footwork, but is he too suspect defensively to take the gamble?
