true. and they didn't half bottle it. 2 big chances in regular season and tonight. hard to see them bouncing back from that quickly.

Benrahma needs to work harder tracking back if he played under Bielsa from what I saw last night. He was their best player going forward though. Watkins looks a talent but obviously he’s totally unproven at highest level and that’s a concern for me coupled with Bamfords lack of goal scoring ability if we brought him in. I feel we need a proven prem striker

I was sort of hoping Brentford would lose so we could make a move for Benrhama or Watkins.
But after last nights performance the only one I would consider is Watkins but only if he came cheap i.e 10 million.
I don`t think Fulham will finish above Leeds next year on that showing.
We do need 5 players in this year and if we stay in the Premier League that will be a major plus.
We also need the likes of Costa, Harrison and Bamford to improve at least 50% to give us that chance.
Any news on Berradi, Kiko and Douglas as I heard they were being released.
I personally would keep Douglas as he is a better LB than Dallas and Allioski.
And one last thing we get a trophy for winning the League.
Fulham get a trophy for winning a play off final for the losers at automatic promotion.
Yet WBA get naff all for finishing above the play off finalists.

Yeah the Watkins price could be key. He won’t be cheap as he’s only young and banged in 26 goals in championship but it’s always a gamble paying big money for a Champ striker imo. I’m just not sure if we are to only bring in one other front man we should be bringing in a championship player

Watkins has a £18m release clause. When you consider Maupey went for £25m and Wood went for around £18m, so £18m for Watkins is a good deal in today's market.

TBF on Benrhama you can’t really judge him or Mbuemo on one game. Fulham did a good job stifling him.

They did but Benrahma was poor defensively which was his own doing which was my concern but I’m sure bielsa would sort that should he sign
