The limited time you could actually order online (before they had problems with the system) hasn't been free of problems either.
I ordered some tickets, got a confirmation email through to say my order had been successful but as of yesterday no sign of any tickets or money taken from my account.
Had to ring up the ticket office to check it out, to be told that my order hadn't gone through
so had to re-order some over the phone.
