Can an individual be prosecuted for breach of contract and is it similar to that of Iestyn Harris if no clause in Furner`s contract exists? I`m pretty sure if Leeds decided to tear up Furner`s contract due to the arrival of say Richard Agar then Furner would be suing them for around 3 years worth of compensation.
