Well of course Kasiano's is deliberate, as in players deliberately make tackle on a rugby pitch. It's arguable whether it's even a penalty.
They both deliberately make tackles, one of them makes direct contact with the head.
I think your eyesight is different to mine Kasiano's challenge was aimed deliberately at the head whilst Martins was accidental . Anyhow lets wait for the backlash when someone misses the Grand Final for a nothing offence
