Sorry if its a daft question have you registered mate ?
Not sure how the ST stuff works but when i was wstching stuff on there i had to pre-register then i got a link in an e-mail to sign in.
Just be warned though if it hasnt been improved the coverage is pretty poor & drops out a lot.
