How has Welsby been charged with a Grade A offence but no matches. I thought you only got no matches if you had't been charged previously?

I don't know how welsby is a grade A with 0 games, hasn't he been banned before? It's either not a high tackle or its worthy of more than that.

you do, if you play for any team other than Saints
