Ashley Gibson - not big enough, not fast enough, not strong enough, not explosive enough.

Your list does nothing much to address these points.

In fact you choose to compare to past players who actually satisfy most of the above criteria.

There are other desirables in a centre but the above is the areas I see Gibson being especially deficient in, even if he's as tall as some other short, powerful centres from the past.
