I'm sorry I dont see how. The guy was absolutely clueless on Saturday, and his mistakes were schoolboy level.

Its not the first time this season its happend either. But hopefully its the last, and we can now move on to getting something acceptable in future.

It annoys me when you see threads about Ashley Gibson not good enough, idiots previously who proclaim to be knowledgeable yet put down Smith, people moaning about Hall, moaning about Diskin, moaning about Buderus and his worth. Yet none of them have put in a performance as lacklustre and mistake ridden as Donald on Saturday. I do hope it was him just getting over his injury.

I don't think his form merits a place at the moment. But saying that he probably can't remember the last time he got a pass.

Pretty unlucky with his mistakes though.

He slipped when fielding the kick return - Unlucky
Slighty miss judged the high bomb, fractionaly too far to his right and bounced off his bicep.
And the other one i have forgetten! :!:

 The only time I noticed him was around the 60 minute mark, when he cocked up twice in quick succession.

Look on the bright side, his form can only improve............ surely?

How does that work when he turns 22 later this year?

Hall also scored tries on the right at the back end of last season as I pointed out here.

Is it just Donald that struggles on the Leeds right these past nine months?

How dare you come on here stating the bloody obvious.

Don't you know it is down to his centre. It makes no difference that Hall and Smith made a damn fine job of it.

 so he is.. he should really be a bit more developed physically than he is then.. in terms of knocking a few of em over given his size. I still think given a good season this year he'll come on leaps and bounds.

Temptation, greets you like your naughty mate,
The one that used to get you in bother,
But one that you could never bring yourself to hate.

Harsh?? I thought it was quite a kind assessment. He looked like a fish out of water. His whole game was lethargic and error strewn. He got picked up easily and taken into touch from an area that nobody should be ending up in touch from (we got a very generous penalty from it). Hall and Smith are both far superior right wingers.

According to the Opta Stats this week on the SL website Scott Donald made 42 metres from 10 drives, 7 tackles with no misses and made 1 error.
