Think yourself lucky it's not as bad as the England Football Ticketing system! I was at position 4 one day, then I went back to 27th, then 109th....not sure how it's possible to go backwards in a virtual queue!

That was probably their realtime CRB checking system....

Arrived at 06.30am and joined the queue in position 4. Thought jesus christ I could have had another hour in bed here ! It Didn`t really start getting busy until 08.30am.

Had my tickets by 09.15am and when I left queue was still only about 100 yards long up to the security gates at the hotel entrance.

Standing in a line surrounded by overweight 'people' in full rhinos training tracksuits (oh the irony) sounds like a right laugh.

There is a risk that so much well-filled polyester in such a small space could result in localised lightning strikes.

In the past they have served from the office windows inside the ground for cash and the St Michaels Lane entrance for card payments - but not today. We arrived about 9.50 and got our tickets about 12. The queue was then past the cricket school. Not only was the ticket office busy but the traffic warden was doing a roaring trade too

Oh and the girl in the office said that the website kept crashing so purchasing tickets/printing the 'IF Form' was a bit of a lottery.

Dropped my U21 ST off with a mate who was in the que but they wouldn't let me have a student ticket

Looks like i'll have to que tomorrow then!

Oh and I hope some of the people who post on here were in the que, their faces were a picture!

I arrived at 7.10 and saw 12 people in the queue so I waited in the comfort of my car for 30 mins before joining a now steadily growing queue. After chatting to a lovely blonde girl in the queue behind me, I got a take-away tea from the cafe and the doors opened on time, no fuss no bother had the requested tickets in hand and back in the car by 9.30.
They had 4 staff on both the counter and the phones.
On leaving the shop the queue was up past the hotel car park gates and growing.

I can't believe that they're selling less than 400 per hour.

Will take for ever to sell out at that rate.
