It is possible that the club don't want him to leave because he's currently providing squad cover and competition for places. Unless we think every player currently outside the 19 man squad should be allowed to leave on loan?

I can also see why that would be frustrating for the player, but such is life.

Nothing much to see here IMO.

Perhaps GH is also a little fed up of Leeds providing players on loan to strengthen other SL clubs, that should instead be concentrating on developing their own youngsters?

That line's a bit rich after Leeds just pinched Briscoe from Hull, not to mention Hardaker from Featherstone etc!

What relevance does that have to sending players out on loan?

If Hull FC had been bothered enough to tie their own youngsters up to long term contracts perhaps they wouldn't have to go around trying to sign players on loan from other SL clubs.

TBF to the lad he was sighned as a project by mclellan, Whilst he's not done alot wrong he hasn't progressed as expected. The only game where he showed promise was in the cup at HQ last season (wakey i think).

I can see him going the same way as mclellans other 'projects' Amor & Coady

Compared to what we have in the squad I don't think he compares and in my opinion he wasn't a good signing at the time and hasn't improved as maybe some on here suggested/expected.

Just because I don't rate the lad doesn't mean I don't wish him a successful career.
