Lam will want players who will do a job in SL. Nene won't be at Leigh next season.....Go figure.
Ok he was mainly a winger, but MacDonald did a job in the NRL, so I'm sure he can do a job in SL.
If Leigh could have kept him I'm sure they would have, but they need to release him so they don't have too man non fed players?
I'd be more worried if Lam is a good enough for SL, he wasn't last time with a bigger budget and much better resources, so far all he has done is win the championship with a bigger budget and about 12 overseas players whilst playing mainly against part time players.

Hang on, Wigan won the LLS in 2020, lost in the Grand Final to the most freakish try in the last play of the game, and got to the Semi final of the Challenge cup. In 2021 Wigan were without French & Field that season who have shone in 2022. You (Hull Fc) can only dream of a Grand final. So it seems you & your thumbs up likes know nowt. BTW - Nene can be replaced by a quota spot if Leigh wish to do so. Now then, is there anything else you would like to be corrected on?

Wow, sounds like an impressive CV that Lam had at Wigan. Makes you wonder why they sacked him......

Wow, another one who needs educating. He wasn't sacked, and he also won coach of the year in 2020, and just won the world cup as an assistant coach. Anyone else want embarrassing?
So just to be clear, Lam's "voluntary" decision to leave Wigan had nothing to do with a loss at home to saints in which they failed to score a try, followed by a Richard Agar inspired home nilling by Leeds (the first time Wigan failed to score at home in the super League era). Lesson clearly learned, he then produced the coaching masterclass that once again saw agar inflict another home nilling, this time dumping them out of the play offs. So yeah, I'm quaking

Well we know one thing, that massive chip must be heavy for you...

No chip on my shoulder cocker. I think we will finish in the bottom half of Superleague. I just feel i have to correct the thick ones who keep posting without any true facts. Anyway, are you a Rhino or a Tiger?

Joking aside, I'm delighted Leigh have come up and are clearly aiming far higher than eleventh place. Increases levels of competition so very much a good thing and puts pressure on others to make greater efforts to avoid the drop.

Warrington must be s******* themselves
Thanks.
Haha, tbh i think Warrington have put together a decent squad. Whether Powell can get them to gel as a team, and do well, remains to be seen. All in all, I'm looking forward to next season, and hope Leigh can make a better fist of it this time round.
