Last season papered over the cracks. To many past her best. BM doesn't help with baffling selections and tactics. Hardaker can't play left side. It's obvious to all except him. The pack is beaten week in week out. Our much heralded second row are great with ball in hand but are much of a muchness. No nasty buggers in there. As for hooker!!! Burrow tried hard but offered no direction whatsoever. BM needs to look at himself, but so foes gawwy who likes things on the cheap to much
At the very least swap Watkins who has played LC successfully with Hardaker: the under usage of Hall is a crime. You're right about Burrow...not using Lunt was another crime that this time deserved the death penalty. As for a nasty bugger in the back row....Bailey should be a starter there every week.
Complacency from too many and too much suspected player power rules at the moment.
I'd drop Hardaker permanently from the centre position, as for me he's a winger. He was given an object lesson on centre play from Shenton last night, on how to draw a player before sending your winger over with a lovely back of the hand pass.
If the rumours are true re player power, then its way past time to thank them for past performances, and send them on their way.
Agreed. Player Power issues can only cause problems. Too many of the old guard seem to be calling the shots. Great history, but as with Keef, no place for sentiment!
No pleasing you guys. Super League Champions 2011, and well done on that but it sounds like deja-vue. I will be honest though i would much rather have Shaun Wane and be in our position than where you are at the moment.

Shaun Wane's inherited a squad in their prime though hasn't he?

Maybe but a team still needs to be coached week in and week out, and Shaun cant seem to do anything wrong these days. You will come good, you always do. Sorry about the mistake with the year, will have to alter that, wish you well of course but it will be our title again in 2012.

ok we'll let you off,but again?again meaning ?Dont you think you should be saying 'our title For a change'?After October 2011 and all other clubs fans lambasted you for all the statements you were making, and you have been quiet since then and have come back in late May Abeit with a bit more humility, but never the less 'it will be our title again in 2012'.Its not as though its a regular occurrance is it.Your title for change is more appropriate
Every player in our squad could probably earn more money with another club. But they prefer to sacrifice a few extra quid in their back pocket to share special memories. And playing at a place like Old Trafford on a night like this makes it all worthwhile.
