I don't think it's all bad with Mik having the op now. He's had to carry the pack for the last couple of seasons. An extended off season and chance to rest isn't a bad thing. And I'd rather it at the start of the year. Let the others step up and show what they've got. Hopefully then, when he returns, he can be used more effectively

People seem to think Op’s are always best for sportsmen. They obviously don’t see the potential complications that can occur. Shoulders are notoriously tricky to be completely successful too. I have no issue with trying everything else first…

It did look like he was carrying an injury towards the end and didnt do too well for England. It's a shame he didnt get it done asap like the Saints player

Seen quite a few RL media outlets accessing our recruitment as between C & D. Have to say I'm a lot more positive than that.

People rating C/D clearly have no idea what Rohan is trying to do. We've had a massive turnover within the limitations of the salary cap, while adding much needed size to the pack and depth across a number of positions. We still have weaknesses, as our spine really isn't Sts standard as a group, but that will have to wait to 2024. Anyone expecting us to sign a bunch of superstars clearly doesn't understand how the cap works or how you reboot a team using homegrown talent at the core. It takes years, but then the success can last a long time, as we saw less than 20 years ago...
