Think this would be an excellent signing but have my doubts around some of the numbers being mentioned.

He is currently on approx £197 grand a year at Penrith, it says we are prepared to go to approx £282 grand a year for 3 years.

So nearly £850 grand for 3 yearsp

As ex swarcliffe said, i’d Love us to get Watts in, what might that cost in comparison with no risk of home sickness.
Reckon you could probably get Watts and mossop as 2 seasoned SL players for about the same, even with transfer fees included

But who knows with the mystery of the salary cap.

Hopefully if it comes off it’s not just an Ava replacement because we will still have only 4 props inc a 20 year old.

I’d love for us to bring in Tetevano and Alvaro, dependent on the Seumanufagai stuff, which I wouldn’t be surprised if he goes to Penrith as part of the deal as a softener.

Think it would be a mistake to sign Tetevano. Not with marquee money. Good player but on the way down, and I am going to say it....

On the way down??? Wow. Most NRL pundits say he’s very good and I’ve seen plenty of their fans saying he’d rip it up over here
