I thought he had some off field disciplinary issues as well. Not sure he would be a fit for the culture we are trying to create. However he is only 25/26 so still some development in him

I can’t see us offering him a 4 year deal on £200k a year.

Brisbane seem a basket case behind the scenes, never heard of this guy but he has 4 years left on £400k a year.
We should rent out GH to Brisbane for £300k a year as a consultant, he’d save them a fortune.

Doesn’t look like we are going to get a Xmas signing, really hope we aren’t caught short by not bringing anyone in earlier on

Agar in the evening post confirming we are still in the hunt for a middle, and that Tetavano is one of the targets. Also says we were close to a signing last month's before deciding the player was not the right fit.

Let's keep fingers crossed on Zane, but hopefully we'll get something sorted either way. Still no official mention of Ava. I guess if it is true he's leaving, they'd prefer to have some good news to tell us first!

Yep, although if there is truth to the Ava rumours their hand will be forced early in the new year when players return for training.

Looking at Hurrells comments about the difficulty going back home to visit for a few weeks due to quarantine (so he’s not gone) I’d say Ava is as good as gone.
