Dont see it with Connor as a 6 too eratic & inconsistent imo.

Agree 100% Mark
Good player but not a no6 and is certainly not a creative half or one blessed with express pace. Anyway we need to concentrate on the pack this year especially props.

Strange one Connor,

Do I like watching him play? - YES
Do I think he shows glimpses of class? - YES
Do I think hes a poophouse wind up merchant? YES and damn good at it.

Theres just something brilliant about watching Connor pull off a worldie then poophouse the other team after.

Yeh, Connor is a strange one.
World beater on his day, anonymous on other days.
He gives me the impression that he can't really be bothered at Hull as he's not really nailed down a position.
He needs a new challenge, but not worth a transfer fee.
We should wait a year for him, get him when he's off contract.
Let Lui go after next year.
Get Long to work on Lui in the off season and then bring in Connor for 2022 and free up another overseas slot for maybe a 3/4 (or hooker)
Kev will have a look at what Long can do with Lui for a year and then let him get to work on Connor for 2022.

Connor is a maverick with a trick up his sleeve at all times, I think he would suit our attacking style

I think your first paragraph sums up almost the entire Hull side, be interesting to see what their new head coach comes up with, as they are not a team at all.

Poor Man’s Leon Pryce. Hardly in the game and then does something incredible. We need someone a bit more consistent than that when the time comes to move on from Lui.

This year we should be sorting out the Pack, next year we can sort the halves and backs.

I wonder who these two NRL props we are supposed to be talking to are, I really hope it’s not A Fifita as he’s got a dodgy knee!
