Ward will likely be LF on a regular basis once he regains fitness and form.

Also I feel Ferres has been judged a bit harshly. in typical BmD fashion he has used him like all back rowers, as bash it up the middle prop types.
His best games for Hudds came when he was utilised out wide, sadly we never seem to get good or early ball to our fringes this season and given how poorly we have done I think blaming a single forward who played big minutes until injury isn't too fair.

I agree with the above, however Ferres is now 30, will turn 31 early into the 2017 season.....possibly going to be reaching the end of his best days out wide anyway and have to move into the middle ala JJB.

I still think ATM we should be trying to use him further out wide and get him linking with his centre and winger more. I also think if we can keep him,we should.
Especislly if rumours of Ablett are true and considering the respective ages and fitness of Delaney and JJB

who knew that playing an actual hooker providing simple fast ball would improve the structure and overall play. He looks like hes enjoying HQ as well

I've said this for the last few years; Leeds are a much, MUCH better team with a quality hooker.

Segeyoro is quality and Leeds play better when he's on the pitch.

The question is, will he stay?

If he doesn't, we're back to square one.

It seems like he's settled in well and the crowd has taken to him, but you feel like if an NRL club comes in for him..........

War does not determine who is right - only who is left.

Thank God I'm an atheist.

He picks the ball up and passes it on .... is he the Messiah?
He does it with accuracy and speed and what else?
He fits the bill at the moment but Houghton he ain't.
But well done tonight.

He is not the messiah, who said he was? He is exactly what we have been crying out for though. a solid, capable hooker who is pretty complete in the role on current evidence.

Houghton is a solid player too, probably 4th best English hooker in the game which is commendable.

His pass timing is that of a quality 9. Gets the forwards on the front foot. He will make our props look much better. He did the full 80 and a huge tackling stint in the middle as well.
Make him an offer he can't refuse.

Houghton is a myth. Great defender no doubt. Bang average at the rest.
