He’s been unlucky with injuries for sure, but not sure Medicals involve crystal ball usage……

You can if they are homesick etc and they want out.
But let’s hope we see Fusi again in not too distant future…..sadly looked a bad one though….

Hes been disinterested on the whole since his arrival add a bad lower limb injury now and you would think he may want to head home on a free ticket like Leeming.

Was always going to be about next season when Smith joined IMO, the cap has been so badly managed it was never going to get fixed in Smiths first full year.

Look at Watsons first year at Hudds and likewise Powells at Warrington.

However I haven’t written us off this year, we could go on and win something.

I get the comparison with Powell, but the fact is that Wire have just gone from finishing 10th to being legitimate title favourites in one-off season.

We've had too many of 'those nights' in the opening stages to this season warrington, cas, Wakefield first half, Hull, cats first half really irratic, KR. it is worrying because playing badly is more the norm so far accounting for about 5 of the 7 games we've played. Martin last week was the embodiment of leeds this year, sublime one minute, ridiculous the next.

Exactly Seth.
Excuse after excuse for basically poor performances for 6 and a half games.
One good half and we can make the GF.

I'm not too bothered by the result or the scoreline.
It's the performances that are disappointing.

Really? Are sure about that? Player for player comparisons would take too long, but if you compare the spine positions: Coote v Hooley - no contest; Abdul v Austin - Win for Abdul especially at their ground; Lewis v Sezer - Lewis is a player a good many on this site have said they would like as a replacement for Sezer; Parcell v O'Connor - Seasoned pro surely edges the rookie. In other positions; did we have a winger as good as Hall? Is Martin really better than Linnett? My point is that Hull KR, (and most other teams in the league) spend up to the cap, just like we do. We aren't just plain better than them like in the early days of the Golden Generation. To win games like last night's we are going to have to play very well. Last night, in terrible conditions, we didn’t and as a result we lost. We'll beat plenty of good teams when we our spine clicks, but it's obvious they are not collectively good enough to do the job every week. That's why this year's recruitment is absolutely key.

Who we going bring in though? We don't have the money to bring in quality from nrl.

This reads like we got mullered last night, it was 3 trys to teo and 2 to 1 in the second half, team spirit and fight were there last night, it was errors that killed us.

The way dome of our supporters are turning on Smith is s bit embarrassing IMO

I'd be more worried about some players not repaying the coaches faith in selection.
