Could understand somebody saying Dywer is not a team player given the frequency of his mad dashes for the line when a pass is the smarter option. The same can not reasonably be said of Gale, who is very much a team player, in the sense that his game is all about making other players perform better. Yes he lost his temper, yes he regrets it. These things happen. If the team is going to challenge for the title next year he needs to be a part of it.
