Hard to tell. Gut feeling is possibly marginal improvement on last year. Long could make a difference but time will tell. Ideally I’d have liked a better quality player than King but we will see he may turn out to be a shrewd buy.

No mate , Davidson should be nowhere near the conditioning his time is long gonr.
I hope Long has a positive impact his interviews come across well & the players seem to like him.
Squad wise i think we're still short on quality especially at 6 & we're carrying too many "squad" type players.
I think our best chance of a Trophy will be the CC again which is fine given our squad id hope to see improvements in SL i.e a bit further in the play offs but cant see it.

Agree with you both. Too many variables going into this year - and of course COVID still in the background.

For me I’m not expecting silverware. What I would like to see is some improvement in most of the young fellas and a chance for more 1st team game time for some.

I’d like to see us improve our shape and ability to play as a team going forward.

But it looks to me like we’re going to need at least 1 more season before we’re more towards the top of the SL tree.

It was nothing to do with him leaving or being unhappy. Hes very happy at Leeds and the club are ecstatic with him tho he could train harder im told lol.

The matter is away from the club and out of the clubs hands. Hopefully its been resolved.

Caught a few tweets of his and they're not amazing for a role model player at a glamour club... little bit of growing up to do perhaps.

Exciting prospect though if he can keep his head in the right place. I'm going as far to say that this next generation coming through has the potential to be our best yet - although we will need to skilfully plug the gaps between these lads.

I reckon Holroyd is the best young prop I've seen at Leeds probably of anyone; Edwards is the best back row I've seen since Morley (different styles obviously); Newman is the best we've produced since Walker and Tindall is the best winger since Hall (needs to sort out his D though).

Walker, if he can stay fit, is our best FB since Lee Smith.

Most of these players have another 10 years ahead of them, with luck - it took the Goldens a while to mature as a team and this lot will be interesting in another few years.

Personally i think Tindall is very raw. I wouldve kept Iwan Stephens
ahead of him.

Levi is still a boy he mighr turn out to be a real star but its early days for him.

I know Levi is really young yet but I reckon he has “it”.

I was disappointed we let Iwan go too.

Tindall is very raw but can be spectacular going forward. He also has pace and size - hopefully sone time and work will fix the positional stuff.

How big is Tindall? I thought he was no more than average size for a winger on the couple of times I saw him last year. Appreciate he is still a young lad.
