We should stock our Academy with players like Tim Smith, Cameron Phelps and Richie Mathers. Full cap spent and clearly the way to go.

Finishing second in each comp (bar the WCC) was a huge disappointment to me given the teams total dominance for much of 2004. A wasted opportunity with permitted funds left languishing in the bank.

SL Leeds are not SL Wigan.

None of those players play in Wigan academy team, and none are forwards.

Ellis informed Leeds he was off at the end of the season sometime February/March 2008.

Hetherington packed his bags and came back with the prized signature of Danny Buderus. Telling the supporters 'there's no rush to finalise the squad for 2009.' This will be the same bloke now saying 'it's too late.'

He signed eastwood aswell and it's not his fault that the new visa system is unfit for purpose.
Imo this squad isn't as thin or as weak as you and some other's think we are 6 games in and top of the league without fielding a fully fit 1st choice 17 yet so what's that tell you???
Keep the faith tvoc and who's to say GH hasn't sorted deals out behind the scene's?????

The same bloke that is trying to get the "reserves" teams realigned again.

Strange he only does it when Leeds are struggling at that level.

Leeds are one trophy down already on last season.

A 1st choice 17 won't be seen at Leeds all year now that Eastwood won't be coming.

Something that also happened last Friday and arguably at Hull KR and Warrington but with Leeds finding a way out of a black hole with a fortunate the video ref was there moment at Craven Park and plenty of inept finishing by Wire.
