The trouble with Bailey, Westwood and Hock is that when they tackle hard the crowd want red cards. This is a rough tough and uncompromising full contact sport. These guys provide a spectacle that the RL family is proud of. Good on them long may it continue

True. When Kylie smashed one of the Wire players who dropped the ball, I don't recall there being mass protests, even if he caught a fair amount of head with the shot

Leeds Rhinos? 8 for you, Leeds Rhinos! You go, Leeds Rhinos.

And none for Castleford Tigers. Bye!

McKenna, Carroll, Toopi, Delaney.....we seem to have a thing for importing right centres and then realising they should be forwards.

I'm going to blame that for an argument I lost on Saturday. For some reason, I thought Achurch was a centre, and was being signed as such. Lord Percy said otherwise, and a quick interweb checked proved him correct.

The players and problem you mention are the clearly the cause of my confusion........

Let all the doubters keep doubting and those who believe keep believing.

We’re only interested in those in the bubble. Anyone who wants to come in the bubble, you can come in.

But you’ve got to keep believing.

Achurch is close though - he's been signed and hailed as a prop but he actually says he prefers to play second row.

and raise you a Chris McKenna. What was it Daryl Powell was noted saying about him when he was coach? Oh yes, it was 'he can't f***ing pass!', wasn't it?

Yup.

To be fair that occured in his first season with us and you he shouldn't have played. Spent most of that season barely walking let alone having guts to man-up and play rugby.

McKenna was one of my favourite tacklers to watch in blue and amber. Copy book. Always knew the right tackle to put in each situation. Every time he got the chance to put shoulder in he did it. There has been and will be more applauded imports but he was lovin' good at what he did.

Yup.

Just think if the Bailey-Myler incident had occured and Myler and co saw it was Ian Kirke who was border-line would it have caused the same distraction and same number of wet knickers? Of course not.

There was more in the 2 tackles round Ablett's chops in quick succession from Briers than the Bailey one.

Classic Leeds Grand Final night tactic, only this time replace Senior and Pryce with Ablett and Briers. Leeds never left Briers alone sending Ablett charging towards him time and again until eventually cracking him.

And of course we all know that Peacock is really a second row...
