Because of loop fixtures, another game against a SL side is just utterly uninspiring, and it will show in the attendance tonight.

I'd like us to progress in the cup, but this particular game just feels boring and not something I can get over excited about. - if that makes sense?

It's probably more to do with the repetition of fixture than anything else.

Looks like a poor crowd for tonight’s game, plenty of seat availability. Over the years we have witnessed some pretty epic battles between us and saints. Hopefully tonight’s game will be a cracker. It may help if the saints tacklers/defenders having completed the tackle roll away or remove themselves from the play the ball area.

Says it all really. Majority of fans are not excited by it which is very worrying for the sport imo.... it's two great clubs going head to head... we should all be buzzing about it.. it's not even on main tv anywhere (i beleive its on Iplayer)... the press and tv stations should be all over it... but there not. The Cup is dying..

Doesn’t get any better than a knock out game between two top teams. I’m not excited by most league games anymore, but this……

I'm sure if it was a semi final or it was at least a team we haven't just played (and lost t) it would be a bit different. I would also wager that similar fixtures in the CC in years gone by have had poor crowds.

Season Ticket holders should get a big discount on tickets IMO
