And certainly not as a 'short term option' - we're not London Broncos (yet) or a stopgap until he can go to Wigan FFS

Either 3+ year contract or nothing.

I still don't rate him and would rather we saved our £££

I think Trueman is an option. Looks like A Sutcliffe linked with Cas, maybe Martin - could be some trading going on.

I imagine Williams costs more than Trueman, and whereas he is the better player now I’d be happy with Trueman personally.

Williams is no good to Leeds if he’s keen to get back home across the Pennines really. With a baby you need close family support ideally so I imagine he’ll end up over the hill somewhere.

We might sign someone completely off the radar yet. We do need to get this position sorted though.

I’ve not seen anything strongly linking us with Trueman tbh but that’s nothing new with our transfer policy

Don't agree on Treuman if Leeds decide to go for him i think there is a very good chance of landing him.Every player has his price.

Only comment i've seen is by Agar saying pure speculation Treuman is under contract.

I doubt Cas will sign both Martin and A Sutcliffe.The latter will be a much cheaper option for them.

It must be me as I don`t rate Williams at all.
He`s done ok in Australia but relies heavily on his other half back partner and I would certainly not be paying him marquee money.
Same with Gildart who is ok at Wigan but think he will get mullered when he moves to Australia.
Personally I prefer Trueman over Williams any day of the week.
Wrt Sutcliffe who is a very good squad player and much better imo than Liam.
I would say Liam is behind Newman, Broadbent and Edwards for ability.
Alex will be a bit like Foster a very good back up player at either centre or second row.

Williams is a very good player with a rounded skill set, no mean thing to be as successful as he’s been in the NRL. Him over Trueman all day.
