Yep, definitely takes a quota spot. I think he his and always has been a goodish player and his goalkicking certainly adds extra value. If one of the incoming players (possibly the half) is a goalkicker the need to retain Rhyse, especially given the emergency of Gannon/Walters and the potential signing of Bentley, is significantly diminished. He might just find himself a victim of circumstances, but I have no doubt that he'd secure himself a place in another SL club.

Indeed. No brainer for me with Luke Briscoe out of contract and Agar liking the look of Tom Briscoe in the centres.

Definitely worth a punt for me. When fully fit, he's one of the best wingers in SL. It's a risk, but with Briscoe and Handley still in the squad, I think it's one worth taking.

Agree. But injuries are a worry. Top player though.
Apparently we’ve give Matt Prior 2 weeks to decide if he’s staying next year. We’ve an option to retain him. Agar saying we need to know quite quickly as it’s an important position and there’d be a fair amount of cap space released if he doesn’t stay.

He's a priority to retain for me, you see how valuable he is to the team with his ball steals and work ethic.
