My list was the opposite of that required, Fullerton-Smith was way too classy a name to make it.

I always liked the comment that Dave Heron had changed his name to Dave Fullerton-Heron to try and get in the 84/5 team more often.

I liked the story about him going off at the Barrow away game and shivering in the changeing room for an hour. Puff. I was at that game in just my Y fronts. It was positively tropical.
