I think it was pedantic but it was to the letter of the law. Players getting away with it in other games doesnt make it right.

ah now there we agree. pedantic is a good choice of word. no problem with mcguires try being ruled out it was a knock on but this one! no way.
like i said by the letter of the law yes,but you could rule out most trys if that was the case

Yes the ref + VR were poor, but we were awful, we look disjointed in attack, scrappy in defence.
