He didn't only push the bloke though. It's not just about what he did when he was there.

It was the intent, the pre-meditation and the fact that it was absolutely nothing to do with him that gets me.

I know a little about the case with my gf working 4 the chambers who represented leon and the judge that said we r looking at a prison sentence stepped down a week later so it was a differant judge that give him 100 hours but still leon as got off very lightly

Totally agree with you , but they are obviously not a threat to society , and jailing them would serve little or no purpose at all , if anything they are guilty of a severe lack of judgement in thinking that going to Reardons ex-wifes was a good idea . I would imagine they both regret these actions very much right now.

I would rather see someone who is of little danger to society actually paying for their crime by giving something back to the country, than being a cost to it.
