Interesting piece in the sun this morning about hastings. Leeds set him a deadline to commit for this season but he wouldnt so Leeds pulled the plug and hes signed up with wigan

Don’t believe anything you read in the sun, it’s the biggest load of s**t in there, full of lies. Wigan’s offer of the clause sold it. Do you really think Salford would pass up on the transfer money if they could? He is out of contract and going for free, surely they would cash in.

Sharky - its not Salford's choice who Hastings goes to. All they could do is ask for a fee to release him now. The clause issue would be between Hastings and the clubs involved.

Not much re JJB and Ferres but the other 5 are all under contract for next year, could see ablett retiring though. The 4 youngsters are only good enough to be bit part players next year, although agree should be trying to bring on.

I think your favourite Evalds may still be under contract as well. Maloney will cost too much for Leeds.
