I thought Bailey stood up more than most yesterday and looked like a one man motivation team at one point in the 2nd half. I don't buy he was awful. Leeds fans who understand rugby can see the positives he brings to the team. He doesn't hide, but doesn't do quite enough with the ball for me to be a real top quality prop forward. I'll say what I said on the Wire board - when JP and Moz retire - there won't be many better English props in SL.

Having said all that, he let himself down with the cheap shot at the end - should know better

You'd be correct with regards to him not being one of the big earners at Leeds.

His salary is a good indicator of the value he provides to the team.

Bailey should concentrate on improving his game rather than his reputation. He trys to play the tough guy with his cheap shots and mouthing off into the faces of other players. Fact is he isn't that good of a player to gain a reputation as one of the games formidable forwards. He will never be a peacock and certainly not a Morley.

I'll bet you the ban was more to do with blatantly criticising the moderation process and generally being a pain in the booty. People spend half their lives on here criticising Leeds players.

It's not because we're arrogant. It's because we're winners at the moment. When another team has a period of sustained success the idiots, including ours, will migrate to their boards instead.
