As someone (Gareth) has already stated Diskin was at his peak in 2004 and has been on the slide since, hence the reason Leeds signed a better player who has in turn slightly improved Diskins game especially his passing which is more accurate than it has ever been.

Where Leeds really failed is that they didn't have the balls to keep Diskin at Leeds playing in the stiffs and play Buderus for the 80 which he has always been designed to do, playing the two nullified any reasoning for having either of them in the side.
