It's not just yours yo share it with the union team, and cricket to some extent. I'd rather live in a rented mansion than live in a cardboard box that I owned

You really need to do your homework before putting finger to keyboard my six toed friend. Go away, do some research with regards to both the cricket and union clubs before engaging brain.

...and, with Headingley being owned by Leeds Rugby Ltd it is classed as an asset and one that we can then use as security - don't think you can say the same can you?

Who gives a flying folk? You play in a poop hole, we don't. And with all your best players ages catching up with them you will be struggling to make e play offs in a few years with no real youngsters coming through

Webb are all passed it. This was the core of your championship winning team however this will soon be gone. Youngsters such as ward,zac h, BJB, Watkins and hoodmay all seem decent now but remember when lee smith was considered a decent prospect? Face it your future is bleak and it won't be too long before you go the same way as the bulls ( with out the money problems)
