We really could have done with that extra big body, but let’s see how we go.

Joey Leilua to Fev confirmed.

Maybe we have get him in on dual reg once he settles.

Big unit, worth an extra forwards and shut Sutcliffe out.

Won't be happening, Fev have signed him as part of a serious push for promotion.

I hope you're right! We have still to see how Leigh's squad pans out, they might have some big guns still to announce, but it's hard not to see us (Fev) being leading players again, though it will still come down to a couple of knockout games at the end of the year.

Fev are going to have one of the oldest packs ever seen, with a handful of over-35s involved, but they are all players who still are much better than the average Championship player.

I was wondering about the pack - wonder if Leilua might play more in the middle than at centre to give them some added punch, he was talking himself up as a prop I think at one stage.

Be very interesting to see what McDermott can do there.

See young O'connor is being linked with a long term loan deal at the Bulls. Maybe we are looking to free up some cap to bring in another senior prop?

I’d guess it’s more just recognition of where he is in the pecking order with bringing Bentley in and to give him some consistent minutes. Not sure how much difference to the cap loaning O’Connor out would make either.
