They’re obviously very impressed with Farke to give him 4 years. It also sends a message to players and fans that he will get time. If we don’t go up in 2 years he’ll be sacked however.

There a hell of a lot for him to do in not much time. We will need to be patient at the season start, it would be a miracle if we are able to start strongly. Leicester have got to be strong favourites imo for top spot.

On the other hand he could turn out like Arteta but will have to do it without the money he was given.
I think Leicester will be favourites to go back up although they will miss Maddison.
The difficulty for Farke is the time he has to pull a team together and for those players who want out to get signed by other clubs and bring in players who will strengthen let alone be able to play to his style of football.
We might well be a slow burner who hopefully peak at the right time.

Totally agree bud. Just hope fans stay patient. We ideally need a good start given last two years but we will just have to see how it goes.. very very interested to see who we bring in now, striker midfield x2 and keeper are a huge must for season start. Left back centre back by window end. I’d like Robles to be back up keeper too again. Hopefully Drameh is the right back.

Farke likes to play 4-2-3-1 with a good attacking mid. There’s a hell of a lot of clever recruiting to do

Agree and maybe we should have offered silly money last year instead of buying Rutter for silly money.
Looks every inch the type of player we need along with Hamer also at Coventry.

100%. I would hope those stupid recruitment decisions will be behind us now.. it's going to be a tough job getting a good striker in who's not only good at this level but would be decent at prem too. Can easily see us with Bamford and Geldhart as our only two (plus Gnonto) at season start. I'm yet to be convinced with Geldhart.. he can't play as a 9 really.. needs someone up with him.

I think with Joffy he needs a Gyokeres type to play off.
He tries as he did on loan for Sunderland but not sure he`s the answer with what we currently have.
