Just reading Cockney Giants signature. from what I've seen, all this "Huddersfield are dirty and grapple and scratch and bite" rubbish that seems to be coming out every week looks a load of old balls to me. Grapple tackles are picked out very easily by referees, and the wrestling techniques they may be using are employed by pretty much every side I've ever played for, as well as all the SL and NL clubs.
What does everyone else think?

27/03/09 Wigan coach Brian Noble "Every team that has played Huddersfield has struggled to go forward.

"I thought we managed it reasonably well but you're never going to get a quick game against Huddersfield - and it's something that needs to be looked at.

12/03/09 Castleford's Terry Matterson has called for referees to clamp down on 'grapple' tackles in the game.
Matterson felt his side were victims of that sort of tackle during Saturday's defeat to Huddersfield Giants.

Saw Huddersfield against an admittedly mickey poor Quins. They played some really good football, defended well with lots of shape and discipline - certainly they will give Leeds a good game.

Fancy Leeds even though we are playing plodding rubbish at the moment. Leeds by 12 in a bad tempered scratchy kind of a game.

As I have said before I reckon Hudds are now the 2nd best side in Yorkshire, sadly I can no longer work out who is the first best!!

The table curently shows the Giants as the best team in Yorkshire at the moment. If you beat us by more than 12 then you can be classed as the best again
