DB was fantastic tonight – any reservations I may have had about his signing have been blown out of the water tonight.

well, I know sense is regarded with disdain on this forum, but I saw no more from Buderus tonight than in previous games other than the steady forward progression in his gradual integration into the team.

He made a very similar break in the game versus Salford - except it didn't lead to a try.

He clearly has bags of talent, but he hadn't played for nigh on a year etc etc , it gets boring really, but seriously, from past it, overpriced waste-of-a-quota-space to best player on the field?

If you knew nothing about Burderus and then watched that game tonight any sane person would suggest he looked solid, not world class LOL

His distribution tonight was excellent, his organisation of both the attacking and defensive lines was inspired and his attacking line infiltration was inspired. The player we saw tonight looked very similar to the player that left the NRL last year.

Tonight he WAS the ‘best player on the field’ and has dispelled any reservations that I may have had about his signing.
