I'd be surprised. Broadbent out and Olpherts in? Makes no sense whatsoever.

If it happens it makes you wonder who’s calling the shots. Can’t imagine Smith stomping into see GH and demanding a move for Olpherts.

If there is any truth in this, whoever at Leeds makes decisions on recruitment needs to retire....

Prior is coming to the end of his playing career, his current Leeds deal is likely to be his last playing contract, or at least his last high value playing contract. I’d be very surprised if he walked away from that. Prior will be with us in 2023.

He might want decent cover/competition for the outside backs without using up a large proportion of the salary, Broadbent has left and Briscoe is likely to leave. It’s not just about the 1-13, our players with squad numbers 18-25 have played plenty of games for us this year.

A mate of mine has connections to Olpherts, he's saying Leeds are interested but see him as cover for the centre position.
