I think that is probably the number one thing that let's the ground down. The food offerings are better at Castleford, which is just embarrassing.
I understand that they are limited on beer offerings due to the deal with Carlsberg, and that sponsorship deal has been in place for nearly 30 years now, in one form or another. But it is definitely time to look at alternatives or a split deal when it is up for renewal.
I'd definitely kick the food vendors into touch, though. The food is bad, it is overpriced, and there is no healthy options. They need to bring Wilson's pies back as well.
I can't remember the last time I ate at the stadium, but I have got quiet fond of the burgers at the Ugly Mugs Cafe behind the South Stand on St Michael's Lane. Recommended for pre-game scran.
