It really doesn't matter. The manner in which he has been spoken about is totally uncalled for, by people who know very little, and that is the issue.
Well, all i have seen is scepticism on what he said and a bit of questioning of it, all quite rightly from what have seen up to press. Nothing against Frosties, and this is is a forum debating all things Leeds so thanks to him for sharing his info, but when you come on here stating things like that and it doesn't materialise, you should expect to be pulled up for it a bit.Or is that not fair?

That is all well and good, and of course people can and should question with scepticism at the time if they don't think true. However, on this very thread and other threads certain posters bring the issue up without it even been mentioned just to try and score points against the lad. Anyone with half a brain cell can see that what Frosties has previously posted had an element of truth about it, it is not hard to see that something has been going on previously with Leeds and Brierley. Even the Leigh owner came out over a year ago, slamming Hetherington over it. Yet, certain posters continue to try and twist things to make out the lad made it up, which is uncalled for.
To prove the point the very thing happened on the previous page by people who don't know much going on around the game, so try to score points again by making up their own versions of things, even though the thread isn't about that.
Frosties finds out a lot of things through people and has some very spot on things in the past, I mean for gods sake he is actually mates with Brierley. The least he deserves is not to be called out on things before they even happen, especially when it is clear to all and sundry that things have been happening. Doubting is absolutely fine, keep it at that. The player may well not end up at this club or another, but the situation is clear for all to see what has been happening.

All fair comment; I'd be dull if no-one posted hearsay. Don't think anyone's accused anyone of making stuff up though, apologies if I've missed it.
In any case, Frosties seems 100% sure of his info so his reputation as a provider of reliable stuff is only likely to be enhanced.

Don't go crying about point scoring when you came on here and immediately started calling people "FrostiesBitches" and accusing people of being jealous that they aren't as "in the loop" as you just because some of us don't share each and every rumour they hear like you do and then see 80/90% of them not come true.
No one has called him a liar, no one has even doubted that he knows/spoken to Brierley, no one has even doubted that Brierley may one day end up at Leeds. They did question the version of events Frosties was sharing and he wasn't shy in telling anyone who doubted him that they were flat out wrong and would be proven so at the end of the 2015 season when Leigh's fate was determined. So if he wasn't shy in telling people how wrong they were he should expect some back when his story proved to be wrong.

So I have to run my comments by you first do I? This is a forum for discussing all matters regarding Leeds rugby is it not? You may not like "the manner" of my gentle ribbing, which included the odd wink but I do not like you manner, or manners come to think of it, which usually include personal abuse in place of reasoned argument. I do not think anyone has called Frosties names or questioned the source of his claims. The question is really about the leaking of ever changing stories from the player, his manager or perhaps his parents not just to Frosties but to anyone else that would listen.

Leeds hasn't been about individual show ponies for a long long time. It's all about character. The sleeve doesn't often fail to deliver.
If Falloon becomes the man that we have been waiting for, Maguire can go back to the supporting role that he plays so well and Sutcliffe can come through as a game manager naturally.
We have no God given right to win things, to steal a phrase from VTTS, when it ends, don't cry because it's ended, smile because it happened.
We will all find out in three weeks. He will either stay and there will be red faces on some. Or he will leave and someone will come out of the shadows and shake his hand to welcome him to their club. I still don't think he is a natural "old fashioned" scrum half from what I remember years ago.

The quote was borrowed by the VTTS but originally came from Dr Seuss who was an American author of children's books. Not sure how many on here will recognise who the VTTS were but as the Vulcan is now grounded forever the To The Sky is in need of a name change.
