Terrible result today with an opportunity to gain 2 points on Ipswich.
Apart from one decent pass Rutter was completely off again today.
James should have scored at the end and blew it.
We really struggle against teams who defend deep and we need to work out how we can beat it in future as more teams will play that way.
Not sure what the benefit was in bringing Bamford or Joffy on.
I personally would have preferred Joseph and Anthony.

Yeah big opportunity to close in on Ipswich and blew it. Was very surprised Gnonto didn’t start today. I think he may well do next weekend. Ipswich is a must win without a doubt. Again it was obvious we have no decent option at 10 off the bench and Rutter isn’t the best 9. But if it wasn’t for an unreal season so far by top two we’d be in auto promotion spots so we need to remain calm. We’re a good team we were always going to have a blip at some point. Just hope we’re still in with a chance of top 2 come mid January

Too many attackers at the end getting in each others way. Thought James had won it. Disappointing draw.

Farke expecting a very quiet January transfer window.
Let`s hope that`s all bluff as we all know we need at least 2 incomings in the shape of a LB and an attacking midfielder minimum.
We simply cannot rely on Firpo, Joffy and Bamford and know Byram isn`t going to play every game.
If we get this one wrong we will be lucky to make the playoffs imo.

Selective reading there Tad.
I said if we get it wrong in January we will be lucky to make the play offs.
I do seem to remember you saying last year we were too good to go down and this year we are going up in the automatic top two.
I personally have not seen the consistency to think we are a top 2 team and if we do not bring in 2 or 3 good signings we will not be in the top 3 as I reckon Southampton are a better bet.
But each to their own.
Whilst there`s a long way to go yet I do think we must beat Ipswich tomorrow to have a chance of going up.

i didnt mean to have a dig. i do think we need, and will get, a left back. posdibly a 10. as for no consistency? haven't we just gone something like eleven unbeaten?
play offs are a certainty. and there's still 70.odd points to play for.
last year burnley were regarded as the best ever championship team. we are on par to match them

Any other season we would be top of the leagu with our points tally,, this shows we’re certainly good enough to go up automatically, the challenge is catching the other two.

And like Tad says, we’re not getting beat, we’re on a good run, just dropping points in draws
