Its only about 30 mins walk too. I've often found it to be quicker than the buses in reality

Thanks guys I have to get the last train out of Leeds to London which leaves at 20.40...may be a bit tight? What so you think?

Less than 30 mins. Clocked it in the car last night and its 1.6 miles from LCS to that bridge in Holbeck... not far at all really.

Check the walking route on Streetmap and walk there before the match, its not straightforward and you don't want to be struggling after the match if you're cutting it so fine.

I binned that option and I'm getting an overnight bus back instead, hardly ideal. Bloody Sunday evening kick off. Best of luck making the train

Cheers ...yes will take a streetmap route with me from the ground to the station.

May get lucky and find a cab...do they have cabs around Elland Road after a match?

You might be able to get a cab, but whether it'll be able to go anywhere in the traffic is another issue.

If you're up for a fairly brisk walk then you can cut back into Leeds through Holbeck in half an hour or less. Course, if the game goes to extra time...
