Bluey obviously hasn't turned in to a bad coach all of a sudden, but unless he improves these then people are going to start to get a little restless.
Indeed. All this guff about not getting on his back and not having a go for a sucession of poor performances, when SOME of the blame rests right at his door is justified.
He gets well rewarded for the job that he does, but the reason he gets well paid is that the job does come with a few 'strings' attached to it. Those include making sure the team under his control doesn't slack off and puts in a half decent performance, win or lose, each week.
When we win, he was more than happy to bask in the reflected glory, but now the pressure is on, this is where he REALLY starts to earn his beer vouchers.
