What happened between Peacock, JJB, Ganson and Brian Mcdermott?

On the way home listening to radio Leeds they mentioned the following:

After the hooter Brian McDermott went onto the pitch and went straight towards Ganson and shook his hand. Then JJB and Peacock were apparently shouting at McDermott. Our little friend Iestyn Harris, who was commenting on the game, said it must to have been down to the spoiling tatics in the ruck used by Quins and they obviously wasnt happy.
