But of course Leeds weren't nilled tonight.... however that was the third consecutive Home defeat and the last time that happened was:

7th June 2002, Leeds 14 St Helens 41
4th July 2002, Leeds 22 Warrington 23
and
12th July 2002, Leeds 24 Castleford 32

We did, where we lost.

However, that Halifax game was the week before we played them in the play-offs, and our respective finsihing spots were already decided. It was a totally nothing game, and Leeds took the opportunity to rest a few players, knowing that the result didn't matter.

Not that they are correct. But sure it said in YEP it would have been 1st time in 11 years the other night.
